Hardelot-Plage

Perched along the beautiful Côte d’Opale there’s Hardelot-Plage, a charming seaside community in Northern France. For the past 25 years Compagnie Immobilière d’Hardelot has been developing this area by constructing elegant residential homes amidst the stunning landscape of natural dunes and pine-covered forests.

As of 2026 Compagnie Immobilière d’Hardelot is embarking on their most ambitious project yet: the construction of Odunes, a prestigious project of four exquisite beachfront residences. The architect, Jean Majeau of Arcas Architects, conceived the building as a dialogue between architecture and landscape. Peak seaside living, without a doubt.

Compagnie Het Zoute, parent company of Compagnie Immobilière d’Hardelot, asked me to document the portfolio of Hardelot residences for the publication of a one-off magazine called Z-Mag Côte d’Opale.
